Detailed Product Description
The process starts with the submission of drawings or finished artwork from the customer. The screen is then positioned above the glass surface and the ceramic paint is forced through the openings in the fiber mesh giving the desired design. The printed glass plates are then dried with hot air prior to heat-treatment. And then the ceramic paint is fired in a tempering furnace at a temperature above 600 °C. The paint fuses onto the surface of the glass to form a permanent and durable finish. The heating and cooling process provides the enameled glass with tempered safety glass properties.
